Internet Download Manager baru saja merilis versi IDM 5.18 Beta. Walaupun masih tahap beta ada beberapa fitur baru yang ditambahkan. Dan pada versi yang baru ini terdapat beberapa perbaikan dan optimasi sehingga membuat Internet Download Manager makin efektif untuk kita gunakan.

Petunjuk Install IDM 5.18 Beta :
- Download dan ekstrak IDM v 5.18 Beta
- Lakukan proses installasi pada file idman518.exe
- Jika sebelumnya sudah terinstall IDM versi lama bisa menimpa dan melanjutkan installasi dengan file installer IDM yang baru
- Setelah proses installasi selesai, tutup/exit program ini. Kemudian gunakan file Patch 5.xxx agar IDM menjadi Full Version
- Selanjutnya jalankan file Patch 5.xx (2011-02-06).exe
